Instructions for UseFind the Area lets students estimate, and find the area of a rectangle. To use Find the Area, drag and drop the squares into the larger rectangle. Count the number of squares that fit into the rectangle. Input the number in the text box. Press "Enter" to see if the answer is correct. Try a new shape.
Area prompts students to estimate, and measure area. To use Area click on the blue and yellow rectangle below "Area". Click on the light blue rectangle and read the definition of area. Click the "next" button then click "Level 1". Input the answer in the text box and click the "check" button to see if the answer is correct. Remember to count all the squares in the rectangle to find the area. Try another question. |
